Dan and Shauna are a great team! They helped us find the perfect home and made it an enjoyable experience. We had never bought a home before and were doing all of the work ourselves with a previous realtor and it was extremely stressful... We were about to give up for a while, b/c everything we were finding was already sold, or our previous realtor couldn't meet us in time to view before a ton of bids beat us to the punch. We decided to try out Dan and Shauna (they were referred to us from a co-worker) and then the entire ball game changed. We had hit our home run and were looking every weekend and even weeknights at houses they were finding for us. They listened to our likes and dislikes and gave us options. They pointed out the highlights and perks of homes, but what was the best, is Dan pointed out things to keep a watch for...he pointed out the negatives and gave advice on the things that we would need to work on or fix - advice and knowledge that we as first time home buyers needed. It was the little things like that which really helped us a lot. They actually wanted us to find a good home/perfect home for us and not have any "unknowns" or "uh ohs" in the process. Once we found OUR home, as we were waiting for the keys, they even watered our garden for us. AMAZING! Shauna goes over all of the paperwork with you so that you understand what you are signing and makes it an easy process. Again, they are the package deal and we are recommending them to all of our friends and family who are looking to buy or sell their home. They work hard for you and are genuine. If we ever buy or sell another home, we will use Dan and Shauna.

Shauna & Dan Willner of Windermere Real Estate have been amazing agents for me during my multiple sales transactions in Seattle and on Mercer Island. They have skillfully represented me as a buyers agent and a sellers agent. My biggest worry was hiring an expert to negotiate the right price for my first Seattle home purchased after my divorce; they kept me apprised of all of the details and I relied on them for open and clear communications, they delivered!
